Things To Do If The Connection Laptop Or PC WiFi Off And Not Connected To The Internet Ntwork

What you to do if Laptop/ PC Wi-Fi connection is off and Can't Connected ?

• Check if you are the only one who Laptop/ PC can't connect to LAN or WiFi.
• If only you who have this problem then follow this step:

Click Start  → Search Control Panel → Network and Internet → Network and Sharing Center → Change Adapter Settings

 You can see there is LAN and WiFi option, unfortunately in this case my LAN and WiFi are connected.

Right Click Image WiFi → Disable 

 

Then enable again WiFi

If still can't, check IPv4 by the way : 

Right click WiFi choose "Properties" → Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/ IPv4)"

 

whether he is set up manually or automatically, If manually change to IP automatically

There you choose whether the IP is automatically or you have to insert it manually. Ask your IT Staff about it. If you are done click "OK" and check it the internet connection.

• If it is still not working then do the "Forget Wi-fi" option.

Click Wi-Fi icon until you reached this picture below

Choose Network Setting then "Manage Known Network"

 

 

In "Manage Known Network" choose the name of the network that you can not access. And the choose "Forget" do not worry you still be able to access it again. Just like a new person want to access the Network.

 

After you are done, connect to the Wi-Fi again using the same SSID. And check if it already done.
